The rapid growth of cloud computing, Internet of Things (IoT), and multimedia applications has significantly increased the demand for efficient communication networks. Traditional routing mechanisms often struggle to satisfy Quality of Service (QoS) requirements under dynamic traffic conditions. This paper presents an Adaptive QoS-Aware Routing Framework (AQRF) that dynamically selects network paths based on latency, bandwidth, packet loss, and congestion levels. The proposed framework continuously monitors network conditions and updates routing decisions to improve service quality. Experimental analysis demonstrates that AQRF achieves lower end-to-end delay, higher throughput, and improved packet delivery ratio compared to conventional shortest-path routing approaches. The framework is suitable for modern communication environments including IoT, wireless networks, and software-defined networking architectures
