By using artificial intelligence (AI), enterprises can transform their operations to address many challenges, including AI illiteracy across the organization, low success rates of AI pilot projects, as well as under-utilization of their Global Capability Centers (GCCs). The operationalization of the transformation has been made possible using structured project frameworks that support four strategic pillars. First, a comprehensive AI strategy was created for use cases using advanced technologies. Second, the organizational model was redesigned to enable quicker, more efficient cross-functional alignment and decision making. Third, the GCCs were re-positioned as revenue-generating hubs from cost centers. Finally, the establishment of enhanced financial intelligence capabilities through which enterprises improved their management of ledgers, reduced the time taken to close financials and improve forecasting accuracy. Utilizing these interrelated frameworks, the enterprises have experienced a strong return on their AI investments, achieved significant cost savings, and enhanced enterprise leadership positioning. As the framework continues to evolve, companies expect to increase operational independence and expanded revenue-generating opportunities by 2028
