Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT), collectively referred to as A IoT, is rapidly transforming the e-commerce landscape. By enabling intelligent, interconnected systems, A IoT empowers retailers to deliver hyper-personalized customer experiences, streamline operations, and optimize real-time decision-making. This paper proposes a novel A IoT-based smart commerce framework, evaluates its components through simulated metrics, and examines its practical application in modern e-commerce platforms. The findings highlight how A IoT enhances logistics, inventory management, and customer interaction, positioning it as a pivotal force in the next wave of digital commerce innovation.
